Storing Produce You may notice that our pages covering certain vegetable varieties will include basic storage information. Until we find time to expand the information found here, you will find that the Iowa State Extension office has some fine material available for your use: Freezing Fruits and Vegetables Also, for immediate, optimal storage information: Get a seed catalogue from Johnny's Radish Wash, drain, and trim off roots. Radishes will keep two weeks refrigerated
in a plastic bag. Spinach Store in perforated plastic bags in the refrigerator crisper. Or wash and store in Tupperware boxes layered with moistened paper towels. To freeze, wilt or sauté spinach, drain, and put in freezer bags.
